2.1 Information You Provide

Account Information: When you sign in via Sign in with Apple, we receive your name and email address (or the anonymized relay email if you choose to hide your email) as provided by Apple.
Goal Data: Text content of your goals, deadlines you set, and completion status.
Manual Input: Any goals or deadlines you enter manually through the App.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

Usage Data: How you interact with the App (features used, session duration, error logs).
Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and a unique device identifier.
Subscription Status: Whether you are on a free or premium plan, managed via RevenueCat.
Push Notification Tokens: To deliver deadline reminders to your device via Firebase.

2.3 Voice Recordings — Special Notice

⚠️ We do NOT store your voice recordings. When you use the voice recording feature, your audio is transmitted directly to a third-party AI service (OpenAI's Whisper API) for real-time transcription. We do not save, log, or retain the audio file at any point — not on our servers, not temporarily in memory, and not for retry purposes if a request fails. We confirm that our third-party provider, OpenAI, provides the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this Privacy Policy.
